I love the brevity you used in the figure top left. His posture implies his expression - very nice.
Thanks Mary. Originally I was drawing the man behind him when the young guy sat down in my line of sight, so I switched my focus to him. You can kind of see the drawing of the man underneath.
Ah, I can see it now - thank you for sharing your process. It makes me appreciate this drawing even more.
